We Have a Big & Bold Announcement!

We are happy to tell you that Lancaster Health Center and Welsh Mountain Health Centers are merging into one, united community health center to provide accessible, affordable, equitable, and welcoming primary care, dental care, behavioral health, and social services throughout Lancaster and Lebanon.

Lancaster Health Center and Welsh Mountain Health Centers are two hyper-local community health centers that have provided comprehensive primary health care to patients in the Lancaster-Lebanon communities for 50 years. By combining knowledge, experience, and expertise, we will provide a stronger network of care and widen our reach in ensuring more people in more communities have access to the care they need to get and stay healthy.

Together, Lancaster Health Center and Welsh Mountain Health Centers will grow and expand the services that our patients and communities receive and need most. While this is a big and bold shift in how we will provide community care, here is what will stay the same~

• Our purpose. We are committed to caring for and embracing the unique culture, needs, preferences, and values of every friend, family, and neighbor in our communities.
• Our fees. We will continue to care for patients with no insurance, commercial insurance, Medical Assistance or Medicare. We will also continue our Sliding Fee Discount Program, which offers a discounted rate or nominal fee for medical and preventive dental services offered at our centers based on household income and size.
• Our services. We will continue to provide primary care, dental care, behavioral health, and social services at our existing locations. You can call the same phone number you usually do to schedule an appointment. 
• Our need. Our communities turn to us, and we turn to our communities – it’s never one more than the other. As we begin to integrate and grow care and resources for our communities, we also turn to our communities and supporters to stand alongside our strengthened purpose. 

This is just the beginning of a meaningful new chapter. We look forward to sharing many more exciting announcements in the coming months as we join together as one, united organization for you!
